Pay Rates
RNs earn up
to $52.00 per hour. Our pay rates are some of the best in the industry
and we are happy to share them with you - just give us a call!
401(k) Plan
with Matching
We've made
some exciting changes to our 401(k) Plan! We've improved our investment
lineup and have starting matching your contributions to the
plan! This benefit enables you to start saving for your retirement
while lowering your tax burden at the same time! Enrollment is quarterly.

Cafeteria
125 Plan
There
are two pretax benefits available in our Cafe 125 Plan. You can
participate in both or just one benefit in the plan - it's your
choice!
Health Savings Plan: Our Cafeteria 125 plan will help you pay those
medical bills that are not covered by your Health Insurance Plan.
You can choose to have up to $2000 of your income deducted pretax
to help meet your medical expenses, including payment of your deductible.
This money can be withdrawn from your account by presenting a medical
bill to our office. It's that simple. All employees are immediately
available for this benefit upon working their first shift.
Daycare
Deduction: As an
additional benefit for our employees we are offering a Daycare Deduction
as part of our Cafeteria 125 plan. You can choose to deduct up to
$5000 annually from your pretax income to help meet your daycare
expenses. The money in your account can be accessed by providing
us with a statement from your Daycare Provider. As soon as we receive
the statement we will send you a check. All employees are immediately
eligible for this benefit upon working their first shift.
Liability
Insurance
While
working for The Nurse Agency you will be covered by our liability
insurance provider.
Workers
Compensation
All
employees are covered under our workers compensation policy. If
you are injured while working for The Nurse Agency simply
go to the hospital's employee health department and complete the
necessary forms. All bills will be paid for by The Nurse Agency.

Referral Bonus Plan
Our
current RNs are our best source of referrals and we want to reward
both you and your referrals for helping meet the needs of our busy
hospitals. Earn up to $250.00 for each RN you refer!
RN
Quarterly Work Incentive Bonus Plan
This
bonus is based on the number of hours you work each quarter. You

Direct
Deposit
Employees may
choose to have their pay checks sent directly to their bank account(s)
every week. All employees are immediately eligible for this benefit
upon working their first shift. Download

Paid Orientations
Many hospitals
now require an orientation. The Nurse Agency will compensate
you for the time you spend orienting to new facilities. You will
be paid 1/2 the day shift rate for your specialty per hour after
you work your first shift at the facility.
ACLS Class
Reimbursement
We reimburse
our nurses half the cost of their ACLS class provided they have
worked 40 hours in the 30 days prior to their renewal class.
